Have a road closure, facility project or construction update that needs to be shared publicly? Use the form below to submit your notice.Who should submit?
- Facility Services managers
- Project managers for campus construction or planning
- Contractors working on UNM-related projects
- Department reps coordinating space access or major deliveries
- Pedestrian or vehicle access changes
- Road or walkway closures
- Construction activity near public spaces or building entrances
- Major noise, service or utility disruptions
- Keep notices short and written for a general campus audience.
- Confirm that your information is approved and ready for public view.
- Upload a visual or map if possible — it helps users understand the impact.
- Indicate if the work is being performed by the City of Albuquerque or another partner agency.
Reminder: These updates are shared with building coordinators, marketing teams, university leadership and subscribed community members. They are not sent to all UNM email users by default.
