Amanda holds a BS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from NMSU and brings with her 15 years of experience in various areas of the hospitality industry, including private and corporate concepts as well as higher education. Most of her professional work has focused on creating excellent customer experiences, developing creative solutions, and operational management.

 As the Manager of Institutional Support Service, Amanda directs and provides oversight for UNM Food, LoboCard Office, and the University Club. In her role, she will oversee fiscal, human resources, marketing, project management and other operational functions throughout these divisions. In addition to managing these departments she also assists ISS administration with various special projects and initiatives. She is proud to provide products and services that support the students, faculty, staff, and visitors of The University of New Mexico.
