Shawna Wolfe, a seasoned higher education leader, serves as Vice President for Institutional Support Services (ISS) at The University of New Mexico. She provides vision and leadership for a diverse portfolio of administrative, operational, and service-oriented units that support the University’s academic, research, and community missions. Reporting to Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration Teresa Costantinidis, Shawna leads with transparency, collaboration, and purpose — fostering high-performing teams and advancing initiatives that strengthen the University’s operational and financial health. Her leadership emphasizes efficiency, creativity, and shared accountability, ensuring ISS enhances the campus experience and contributes to the success of the entire University community.
