Resources
Access marketing materials, training resources and internal tools to support your team's communications work across Campus Environments & Services.
Templates & Forms on the CES Intranet
CES templates and forms are available on the intranet in the folders labeled CES Templates.
These resources are organized for easy access and include approved materials to support consistent, on-brand work and marketing collateral (ie, business cards, forms, and agendas) for departments.
Please use the intranet to find the most current versions of templates, forms, and supporting resources before creating new materials.

Access the IntranetMarq Training with CES MarCom
We are excited to welcome you to Marq, the preferred UNM design platform that makes it easier to create professional, on-brand materials for your department. Whether you are working on flyers, reports, presentations, or social media graphics, Marq helps ensure your materials align with UNM’s visual identity and communicate clearly to our community.
This platform also extends the support of the CES Marketing and Communications team. You will have access to marketing experts who can help refine your work and support the development of professional materials.
To request access, email Byron Hughey-Geer at bhugheygeer@unm.edu. Once approved, you will be able to explore customizable templates, collaborate with colleagues and build materials more efficiently. CES Marketing and Communications has a limited number of licenses available to sub-departments. Reach out to inquire about current rates for additional licenses.

Website Management WCMS Training
CES departments may manage their own departmental websites. UCAM’s web communications division maintains oversight of accounts and offers guidance and paid web support contracts to assist with website content management. University websites are governed by University Administrative Policy 2570.
All staff responsible for editing and updating departmental websites are required to complete the UNM Web Content Management - Cascade Server class before they are given access to the Web Content Management System. Users will not be granted access until required training has been completed.
Under the Web Content Management tab, select Training from the drop-down menu, click Begin WCMS Training, then return to request access to your site by completing the liability waiver below.
Ready to access your department site?
This form must be completed by staff from a department unit requesting direct editing access to an official website hosted or supported by the CES organization or the UCAM Web Team, approved by CES Marketing & Communications management.
The waiver ensures understanding of the financial responsibilities and public media risks associated with direct site access.
