UNM Campus Environments & Services (CES) Human Resources (HR) shared services is a centralized model that handles various HR functions, such as employee data management, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR policies and compliance, and training and development. Consolidating these functions allows HR professionals to enhance efficiency while delivering consistent services to improve employee experiences and organizational success.
