Submit a notice when a road closure, facility project, construction activity, utility interruption or access change needs to be shared publicly.

- Contractors working on UNM-related projects
- Department representatives coordinating space access or major deliveries
What Impacts Qualify?
- Pedestrian or vehicle access changes
- Road or walkway closures
- Construction activity near public spaces or building entrances
- Major noise, service or utility disruptions
Submission Tips
- Keep notices short and written for a general campus audience.
- Confirm information is approved and ready for public view.
- Upload a visual or map when possible.
- Indicate if work is being performed by the City of Albuquerque or another partner agency.
How Notices are Shared
- Notices are shared with building coordinators, marketing teams, university leadership and subscribers via direct email, plotted on the UNM Interactive Map, and on this web page.
- They are not sent to all UNM email users by default.
- Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be edited for clarity or length.
