Park Center is devoted entirely to office suites and houses the Executive Boardroom. The office of Albuquerque Economic Development, Inc., an industrial recruitment organization is located in Park Center. The Executive Boardroom seats 20 persons.
Park North is a general office and light laboratory building with a variety of tenants including the offices of Science & Technology Corporation (STC.UNM), the technology commercialization arm of UNM. Park North is also the location of a 2,971 sq. ft. flexible seating, multi-purpose facility available for Park tenants' use.
This facility consists of mixed office and laboratory space and is the future home of the Regional Computer Forensic Laboratory
The principal tenant of this facility is the Advanced Materials Laboratory, a collaborative research effort of researchers from Sandia National Laboratories, the University of New Mexico and U.S. companies. Its focus is materials synthesis, processing and characterization. AML is a DOE User Facility, which allows access by qualified U.S. companies for collaborative work.
The Manufacturing Training and Technology Center has classrooms, training labs and computer labs for the Manufacturing Engineering program at UNM. Other portions of the facility, including a renovated clean room, available to startup companies to conduct R&D activity. Also located here is an 88-seat, theater-style auditorium.
The Albuquerque Technology Incubator houses several small start-up companies providing affordable facilities and shared conference room and copy/fax services.
Originally built in 1965 this building has been completely renovated to house university hospital administration offices and the Albuquerque Institute for Mathematics and Science at the University of New Mexico (AIMS@UNM) charter school. Students at AIMS@UNM enroll concurrently at UNM to begin working on their college education while earning their high school diploma.
Built to house UNM Press in 2006 this facility boasts a warehouse, packing area and office/workroom space. UNM Press publishes books on the cultures and history of New Mexico and the West, American Indians, anthropology, archaeology, art and photography, Chiano/a studies, and Latin America. The press also publishes and distributes biography and literature.
The Center for High Technology Materials (CHTM) at the University of New Mexico is an interdisciplinary research organization. This organization involves faculty and students from the departments of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Physics and Astronomy, and Chemical and Nuclear Engineering. CHTM has programs in optoelectronics, microelectronics, optics, lithography and materials science. Industrial interactions are important to CHTM, and the Center maintains research relationships with local and national companies.
The CGF was designed to house MOCVD (metalorganic chemical vapor deposition) and MBE (molecular beam epitaxy) systems for the epitaxial growth of advanced semiconductor structures for CHTM and other users.
This facility houses Technology Ventures Corporation which was formed for the specific purpose of commercializing technology developed at Sandia National Laboratories. In addition to TVC, several UNM student services are located in this building, providing a one-stop shop for future and current students.
