The Health Sciences Center (HSC) Master Plan is complete and can be viewed here. "This master plan creates a long term vision and development stategy for the UNM HSC. It establishes a balance between the development demands of the UNMHSC clinical, research and educational missions and the natural environment. It looks to improve patient and student convenience and provide greater efficience for staff."
