Lobo Development and Sandia Foundation, have entered into ajoint endeavor, to facilitate an open inquiry about the Lomas Corridor. The purpose of this effort is to formulate community and business-based opportunities for growth potential within the Lomas Corridor. The Preliminary Materials developed by American Campus Communities (ACC), for new student housing on UNM's Central Campus, were approved by the UNM Board of Regents on February 15th, 2011.

Planning & Campus Development has acquired twenty new bicycle lockers as part of their on-going effort to promote the UNM Bicycle Master Plan implementation goals. UNM is represented by PCD in the City of Albuquerque's Bicycle Master Plan Stakeholders Taskforce and was able to negotiate the lockers for free through an established City grant. Their value is over $30,000.

UNM/CNM Transportation Study Come join us at the second public meeting for the Travel Demand Management Study for the Univeristy of New Mexico and Central New Mexico Community College on Wednesday November 17th, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the SUB Fiesta Room. The Mid-Region Council of Governments will present their findings and identify the best potential solutions for effectively managing travel demand for the UNM & CNM area.
