Lobo Development and Sandia Foundation, have entered into ajoint endeavor, to facilitate an open inquiry about the Lomas Corridor. The purpose of this effort is to formulate community and business-based opportunities for growth potential within the Lomas Corridor. A public Symposium will be held on Nov 11th at 8:00AM in the Auditorium of 800 Bradbury SE at the UNM Science & Technology Park. For More Information click.



The Consolidated Master Plan Adopted

The UNM Consolidated Master Plan was adopted by the Board of Regents on September 13th, 2011. Find out more about the master plan here.



UNM Arboretum Tour available

After more than a year of restoration and preparation the first self-guided tour of the UNM Campus Arboretum is available. More are on the way, so check back often.

About Planning & Campus Development (PCD)

PCD is a service department available to all University Schools, Colleges and Departments to assist with your facility planning needs, requests for space, floorplans, campus maps and so much more.

PCD is the custodian of the Campus Map, as well as the database of record for facility space inventory for the institution.

PCD is responsible for the Campus Master Plan and it's implementation, as well as the Capital Planning for the University.
